Our 13 SMEs were dedicated to delivering comprehensive training sessions, addressing clarifications, exceptions, and escalations related to system functionality.
Global Offshore Training and eLearning Tool: SeidoPro conducted extensive global offshore training sessions to ensure a smooth transition. We also developed an eLearning tool that facilitated continuous learning and knowledge retention during the integration process.
New Staff Training: We took charge of training the new staff members for ONE, providing them with the essential knowledge and guidance needed to excel in their roles within the integrated organization.
Adhoc Tasks and Support: SeidoPro went beyond training by providing additional support and handling adhoc tasks for ONE. This included training customer enterprises on system usage, creating “How to Guide” documents to assist employees, developing e-learning videos for E-Com Support, conducting process training for new staff, creating RPA bookings for UAT, and updating the ONE How to Guide for all system enhancements.
Service Desk Support: SeidoPro’s service desk team resolved technology issues on priority, ensuring that any system-related problems were addressed promptly. They monitored latency and system performance, proactively resolving access and application issues to minimize disruptions.
Offshore SME (Offshore to Onshore): SeidoPro’s offshore SMEs acted as a bridge between the onshore and offshore teams. They facilitated effective communication, clarified queries from offshore centers, and ensured timely resolutions. These SMEs familiarized themselves with the onshore processes and collaborated closely with the onshore team to ensure a smooth handover and interaction model.
